What is your return policy?

When you buy something from us, we always hope that you are 100% satisfied however, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us). We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition, have not been opened or used, within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items will be reviewed individually upon return, and qualifying returns will be refunded within one working day.  

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please contact us at info@orangecounty-wellbeing.com, then once your return has been accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To read our full return process, you can read more here

How do I know if my return has reached Orange County?

As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm.

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item! This definitely isn’t the level of quality we expect to deliver.

Please do get in touch with a member of our team with your order details and some images of the item and we’d be happy to resolve this for you. Please note that we do need to be made aware of any faults or concerns within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item.


How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive full tracking information via email.

Delivery Methods

We currently ship with DPD and Royal Mail. Although our delivery timeframes may vary slightly during our busier periods, this will always be stated at checkout.​

My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it.

If you order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please do get in touch with the courier with regards to this. If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact us.

I've entered the incorrect delivery information, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend this in any way however, you may be able to update your delivery address with the courier once dispatched.​

Can I amend/cancel my dispatched order

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to amend or cancel this in any way. This is due to the speed at which our warehouse team work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible for our customers.​

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard,  Maestro, American Express as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Klarna.
